You will help to ensure that Walsingham Support's care is of high quality and person-centred. You will be working with a minimum staffing ratio of 2:1. This ensures the safety of a young service user, as well as protecting staff.
You will need to be able to identify and report any safeguarding issues that may arise in relation to the young person, as well as aiding in their development and keeping them on track.
You will work as part of a team, ensuring a safe and caring supportive environment is maintained, which meets the individual and group needs of the people who live with us. Supporting with activities within the service and supporting to access the wider community.
