You will manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in priority order.
You will maintain accurate ticket records, ensure timely resolution, and communicate clearly with users throughout the support process. Strong customer service skills and the ability to support users at all levels are essential.
You will support approximately 70 on-site users plus mobile drivers, managing everything from Microsoft 365 and endpoint devices to site infrastructure and onboarding. The role blends day-to-day support with opportunities to improve systems, processes, and automation over time.
You should have experience with some or all of the following: Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting
You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to speak technology to non technical people. You MUST be eligible to work in the UK, DRIVE and possess excellent communication skills
