You will deal with incoming calls, taking of messages, using the online system, setting wake up calls and ‘Do not Disturb’ where appropriate. Allocating rooms correctly and to be able to enter them into the computer system.
You will also support the F&B team by trying to upsell the restaurant and taking reservation bookings.
You will be provided with training to undertake manual handling safely, using the equipment provided where necessary. Physical requirements: pushing, pulling the trolley to carry the above items occasionally.
You will be trained to use appropriate equipment depending on the load you are required to lift.
