You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, high safety standards, and strong performance against targets.

You will be provided with training to undertake manual handling safely, using the equipment provided where necessary. Physical requirements: pushing, pulling the trolley to carry the above items occasionally.

You will be trained to use appropriate equipment depending on the load you are required to lift.

You will oversee daily operations, support the site team, and ensure production targets and safe working practices are maintained throughout each shift.
