You will be required to focus on core practice development and professional support activities, including:Creating and updating precedents (we have a good suite, so maintenance is the priority).

You will be a highly experienced Corporate lawyer (7+ years PQE).

You will have some experience in capital markets.

You will own the processes for translating complex risk and compliance procedures into clear, accessible knowledge that directly powers our front‑line teams.

You will act as a key operational partner for Process Architects and Compliance teams to maintain a high‑quality, auditable knowledge ecosystem.

You should have five years or more UK experience in Investment Management Compliance with a good knowledge of the FCA Handbook, AIFMD, MiFID II, SM&CR and UK Conduct Rules generally. The role is fully remote but may require a (fully expensed) quarterly meeting at their head office in central Manchester hence you must be UK based with full working rights.
