You will also need to have strong communication skills and be adapt at problem solving. It would be beneficial for you to have product and process knowledge in relation to manufacturing. Also, experience in risk assessments, Salus and quality control standards in relevant areas would be advantageous.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions.
