You will manage inquiries, liaise with teams, and log service requests while providing first-line issue support. The ideal candidate should have a customer service background, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for working on a high-profile helpdesk whilst supervising a team of multi-trades and support admin operatives.
