You will work with a variety of partners, customers, and clients on the delivery of a professional service that maximises resources and delivers positive outcomes.

You will assist in the Council’s development management processes to help the Council deliver The Plan for North Lanarkshire and achieve best value.

You will have the chance to continue to develop through the company and progress within your role. Important information: This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer. Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work.

You will be working for a UK wide company who have projects all over Scotland and Northern England and will on occasion need to work away from home so you must be open to this. The ideal candidate will be at the very least based in Scotland and willing to work all over the country.

You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. In conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team, you will also support the commercial management of civil subcontractors.
