You will be involved in: - Take responsibility for the design, development, and support of mixed electrical/electronic solutions from concept to completion - Provide guidance and governance to the team in the integration of the deliverables, supporting as necessary assembly and installation

You will be responsible for carrying out the duties of the Engineering department, including design, prototyping, design proving, engineering documentation, and supporting calculations. This role demands a high level of innovative thinking and the ability to synthesise ideas into functioning and manufacturable products that are compliant to design specifications and applicable legislation.

You will work alongside our founding team and our Founding AI Scientist (PhD in Reinforcement Learning) to translate cutting-edge research into enterprise-scale production features. Key Responsibilities - Scale Agentic Architectures: Advance existing workflows into multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, state management, and self-correction.

You will lead the design and delivery of solutions that improve productivity, reduce cost-to-serve, enhance customer experience and support sustainable, profitable growth. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) offering a competitive remuneration package.
