It is Essential you have experience of working with figures and data input. Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
You will be required to provide individual budget reports to budget managers, checking for miscoded expenditure and provide support to managers for their budget profile, budget management or year-end projections.
You will also be responsible for the preparation of monthly Salary Monitoring Spreadsheet using data from the Financial Management System and resolving pay coding queries with HR/Payroll.
You will be required to work out with normal working hours, to enable the Comhairle to undertake its duties.
