You must live within an acceptable commutable distance of our office in Highams Park, E4. A basic understanding of using: Windows 10 and 11 operating systems Microsoft 365 apps (e.g., Outlook Email, Word, Excel etc.) Peripherals (e.g., connecting and setting up devices such as printers, monitors, keyboards & mice etc.)
You will support hardware, software, classroom technology and user queries across staff and students. The role includes maintaining inventory, supporting installations and ensuring effective operation of learning technologies. Experience and Qualifications - Background in IT support or technical services.
You will have the ability to work on your own initiative with a minimum of supervision. This role is extremely varied allowing you to gain extensive product knowledge and experience.
