You will be part of a team that is responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of credit risk strategies as well as delivery of portfolio performance within risk appetite. It's an exciting time to be joining the team as we mobilise in response to the changing world around us, expanding into new business propositions.

You will support the Claims and Operational areas of the business, and will take the lead on learning lessons from previous customer complaints, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) decisions, as well guidance and policy provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and industry news & trends to address any underlying issues.

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee upon completion.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain the practical experience by using our cutting edge Livelabs.

You will then go on to sit the CompTIA A+ exams to give you the official certifications which will be recognised worldwide.
