You will lead on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring all users receive timely and effective assistance. Youll work closely with the Head of IT to make sure we are getting the most out of our internal and telephony systems.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, assisting with compliance monitoring, complaints handling, delegated authority reviews, sanctions and financial crime advice, regulatory reporting, and compliance training.
You will be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
