You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.

You will not be handed toy problems or isolated tickets. You need to be a system thinker and ready to tackle complex problems.

You will help turn messy, high-stakes workflows into robust AI-powered products, from architecture to deployment. Your work will directly shape MosaiQ’s platform, its AI modules, and how clients experience AI in practice.

You will combine hands-on BI development with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of accurate, well-designed, and insightful reporting across the organisation.
