You will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, utilising inbound and outbound calls to generate business for the company. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
You will oversee the Assistant GSM, Catering Manager, and wider operational teams, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, high-quality standards are maintained, and contractual obligations are met.
You will act as the primary liaison between Sodexo and the client, managing all services to agreed SLAs while driving continuous improvement and commercial performance.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide support, and drive long-term relationships. Your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
