Information Technology Support Technician jobs in Exeter

You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise clients.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution positioning to contract negotiation and post-sale handoff, while collaborating closely with internal partners including Solution Executives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

You will manage telemetry configuration requests from multiple departments, set up critical alarms and capture essential regulatory data. During commissioning you will remotely support OT Engineers, ICA Technicians, Engineering Delivery Partners, and third parties to ensure smooth integration of new points and alarms.

You will receive £10.00 per shift, when on standby rota basis. For each call out you will receive £20.00 call out charge. Any hours worked on call out, you will receive £30.36ph. Training : Monthly Courses for a variety of areas. Benefits : Additional holiday purchasing scheme

You will carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs, inspections and warranty work on mobile cranes for a wide range of commercial customers.

You will also support customers with operator familiarisation and provide high quality aftersales advice to ensure their equipment remains efficient, safe and aligned with business needs.

You will also be responsible for the following:Pre-operative testing; conducting tests prior to examination and treatment and assisting during the consent appointment process, including providing information to patients prior to their IOL or LVC procedure.

You will be required to work evenings and weekends, depending on the shift schedule and company needs. You may be requested to work overtime for special program events.

You will have shown leadership skills in previous positions and are keen to develop these skills further. You bring a sense of urgency to the work that you do and are able to execute on tasks by using your initiative.

You will also be involved in working on, and delivering to clients, our award winning data breach preparedness product "BreachReddi" (BreachReddi | Get data breach ready | Foot Anstey ) Advising on strategic uses of data such as database optimisation, the monetisation of customer databases and marketing strategies

You will be based at either Newcourt House in Exeter or Devonshire House in Barnstaple but may be required to travel between sites as needed. We work in a hybrid office environment with a minimum of two days in the office.
