You will ensure suitably qualified operatives are deployed, safe systems of work are in place, and all activities are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
You will demonstrate a strong customer focus, supporting end users to resolve issues, managing complaints effectively and contributing to wider Ministry of Defence objectives, including carbon reduction initiatives.
You will take full ownership of projects from initiation through to completion, managing risk, cost, programme and quality while ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
You will be confident supervising site operations, planning and controlling work activities, and applying safe systems of work in live environments.
You will have to pass full prison vetting, so a clean criminal record is essential (including cautions). This role is due to start in Mid-March and so, applications are open now so that vetting can commence.
You will need to hold SMSTS or SSSTS, 1st aid, asbestos awareness - local to the Lincoln area - all essential.
