You will lead the process of integrating this technology into new customer sites, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the senior point of contact for clients during transition and transformation phases, collaborating closely with operations, sales, technology, and change management teams to design and execute implementation strategies that deliver exceptional outcomes.
