You will work under the direction of the HR Manager, assisting with the execution of duties in support of the organisations vision to become more streamlined and competitive.

You will support the management of the care and support to young people in a safe, secure and positive environment; ensuring that the work is in keeping with legislative, organisational and procedural requirements, and current good practice and guidance.

You will work a 40-hr week, 5 days out of 7 and on shifts between the hours of 9am -9pm Mon to Wed, 9am - 8pm Thursday, 9am - 7pm Friday.
