You will have 3–5 years of recent, UK-based HR advisory experience in a generalist capacity, ideally within a small organisation. CIPD Level 3 or 5 would be a bonus, along with strong interpersonal skills, up-to-date employment law knowledge, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a hands-on and proactive approach.
You will be a confident and engaging administrator with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. A background in hospitality or retail is helpful but not essential.
You should be comfortable using ATS systems and Excel, with a proactive, friendly, and professional approach to your work.
