You will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works across residential properties, ensuring apartments are finished to a high standard for new and existing tenants. Key Responsibilities of the Painter & Decorator: - Interior painting and decorating of residential apartments
You will diagnose repairs accurately, carry out remedial work, and ensure communal areas are well-maintained through preparation and decoration tasks. Working closely with the Property Team, you will liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and uphold our Customer Services and Diversity Policies.
You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
