You will be handling inbound enquiries and handle communication between customers, third parties and internal technical staff.
You will not need to be IT technically experienced for this role this is a customer service, administrative role.
You will have the opportunity to work from home, managing office and admin tasks on your computer while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Your duties will include updating records, managing spreadsheets, handling emails, and performing general data entry tasks.
You will also assist with online documentation and administrative support for clients across a range of industries.
You will drive service improvements, assign and manage ticket flow, lead 121s, build training and development plans, and introduce new efficiencies using tools like ConnectWise and AI-based automation.
You will also liaise closely with the Project Engineering team to maintain alignment across onsite and remote support services.
