You will manage a complex caseload with accuracy and care, directly supporting Recipients to use their funds effectively and safely, ensuring compliance with policy and build strong, empathetic relationships with Recipients, families, and stakeholders.
You will manage a complex and diverse caseload covering both Scotland and Northern Ireland.
You will manage projects independently from inception to completion, working flexibly from home and on-site rather than being office-based.
You will be responsible for project budgeting, invoicing, and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner in line with client service level agreements.
