You will be responsible for project budgeting, invoicing, and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner in line with client service level agreements.
You will grow and renew existing customer contracts, identify and promote business solutions, and ensure the integrity of customer data, effective contract administration, debt management, and query resolution. You will be instrumental in launching the depot, supporting recruitment and onboarding (with full assistance from Head Office), and embedding a strong operational culture from the outset.
