You will use your customer service skills to provide user support on all company supported computers, applications, and software, troubleshooting problems, and advising users on appropriate actions.
You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets, where possible resolving or re-assigning as appropriate to other team members.
You will oversee all regional activities, including expanding our client base and the delivery and development of the business.
You will also ensure that your workforce have relevant training and are equipped with the relevant skills to meet demands. The includes ensuring effective and prompt communication of toolbox talks, safety alerts and other contract methodology.
You will be based daily at our Head Office in Ringwood with office hours as 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 – 5.00 on Friday.

You will plan, implement and document technical solutions and assist in the transitions of solutions into live service, as well as providing 3rd line support services. Skills and Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (3rd line equivalent). Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure.
