You will ensure the standardisation of process and the consistency of delivery to ensure integrations are standardised, remain low maintenance, and are easily upgraded/enhanced.
You will ensure that the members of your team are given clear targets and are resourced and empowered to meet them. They will develop and maintain the relationship between GBS and our growing number of alumni. Their key task is to build up our Alumni programme and to manage the relationship between GBS and its graduates, including informing them about the Graduate Outcome Survey.
