You will work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks to maximise equipment availability, maintain quality standards, and promote process efficiency. The role requires a minimum 50/50 split between electrical and mechanical work, with preference given to candidates with a stronger electrical background.

You will assist with food preparation and cooking, ensuring quality, allergen compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include presenting and serving food, stock ordering and rotation, maintaining hygiene standards, and using standard recipes.
You will also oversee equipment maintenance and lead a catering team effectively.
You will play a key role in the growth of Selwood by helping to ensure the branch meets or better still, exceeds plan and objectives.
You will need management experience and be able to lead by example, demonstrating effective behaviours and developing an excellent team spirit and outstanding quality of service.
You must be warm and able to work in a person-centred way. A full driving license is essential for this role.
