You will supervise the Admissions Desk and Gift Shop, ensuring guests have an amazing experience while managing a small team. Full training will be provided in a fun, fast-paced environment. Flexible availability on weekends and holidays is essential.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will have experience managing a franchise Aftersales department .
You will fit in well in a busy and friendly environment and work hard to build a customer focused team driving them to an outstanding performance.
You will work within a dynamic sales team and liaise closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations and Construction teams as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors and progress sales through to completion.
You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.
