You will have an excellent understanding of IT technology and always be keen to learn more. Although you will primarily be office based and dealing with your business over the phone, your role could also involve face to face visits to client premises if required and/or desired.

You will own the day-to-day operational performance of your geographical area, driving safety, efficiency, quality and continuous improvement. This is a role where youll make a real differencesupporting your team, enhancing customer outcomes and shaping the success of our services.

You will take responsibility for developing a warm and established customer base, where there is significant opportunity to upsell, cross-sell and expand share of wallet, alongside a clear remit to win new business. Typical deal values range from £10k£100k, with regular opportunities at £500k£1m level, supported by a large and experienced service and installation team.

You will need to have great leadership and people skills to be able to drive, develop and motivate your team, and deliver a top performing store. Ideally you will be currently working as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, Senior Manager, Multi site Manager, and Designate Manager for a customer focused retailer looking for a new career challenge.
