You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including offers, contracts, and pre-employment checks, working collaboratively with Recruiters to progress candidates and with Hiring Managers to keep them informed, compliant, and supported.

You will ensure records, systems, and documentation are accurate, timely, and meet Norwoods safer recruitment and regulatory standards.

You will provide high-quality administrative support to staff and the senior leadership team, manage school communications, maintain accurate records using key systems such as Bromcom, ParentPay, and Microsoft Office, and play an active role in supporting pupil admissions, first aid, and general office duties.

You will be the first point of contact for the patients/clients when required. Receive telephone calls and visitors, taking messages and undertaking initial investigations and action when required and promote effective communication across the team.

You will be skilled in IT functions including Microsoft Excell, Google documents, Microsoft word 365, Power point presentation, publisher and others.

You will issue Certificates of Compliance and other post-completion documents as needed, ensuring all processes run smoothly. Collaboration with Credit Control: While providing cover for team responsibilities, you will liaise with Credit Control regarding sales in progress, helping to maintain seamless operations.
