You will have responsibility for design and management of mechanical building services projects in complex buildings, including refurbishing existing buildings. In some cases, you will be part of a larger team on major projects, as well as managing your own projects.
You must also be registered with HCPC. You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 contractor operating within the water industry.
You will produce accurate and timely estimates for a variety of projects, from one-off schemes to large-scale programmes. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting bids and contracts with robust pricing and risk management
You will have responsibility for design and management of mechanical building services projects in complex buildings, including refurbishing existing buildings. In some cases, you will be part of a larger team on major projects, as well as managing your own projects.
You will be primarily involved in the daily inspection of the quality of the work completed onsite. Alongside the site you will initiate continuous improvements to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
You should have demonstrable (5 years) of experience of being part of a large-scale infrastructure programmes of work ideally within the water sector.
