You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.
You will be highly motivated and able to work autonomously.
You will be required to manage the general administrative aspects of running a small city office.
You should be able to demonstrate professional integrity throughout your career.
You will have experience dealing with suppliers or clients and can demonstrate strong written and soft skills.
You will be regularly assessed on your knowledge, skills and behaviours but, unlike our other entry route, you will not be required to complete an academic qualification as part of your training or attend university.
