You will work closely with designers, artists, and engineers to build robust, scalable gameplay systems and mechanics. What we are looking for - Proven experience developing gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5 - Strong C++ and Blueprint experience - Solid understanding of gameplay architecture and performance considerations
You should excel at problem solving, breaking down complex issues into action plans and be willing to jump in to drive tasks to a successful conclusion.
You should be comfortable working with partners at all levels both inside and outside of Microsoft and be able to influence at multiple levels from peers to Senior Management.
You will be assigned to a succession of new or existing programmes where you will work with and be supported by other engineers to design and develop engineering solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
