You will provide high-quality support to fee earners, helping to deliver excellent client service, while acting as line manager to the LSA team and overseeing performance, development and wellbeing.

You will manage departmental resourcing, including recruitment, onboarding and induction, and ensure effective holiday and sickness cover.

You will join us on a full-time, fixed term contract for up to 12 months, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,010 per annum plus excellent company benefits + localised incentives.

You will be working an 8-hour shift that will be: -08:00 – 16:00-09:00 – 17:00 -Or 10:00 – 18:00

You will be working alongside the prison clinical team, and will act as the link between external providers and the prison teams to ensure a co‐ordinated approach to transfer planning, which results in effective and timely transfers in accordance with national time scales (e.g. 14 days for mental health transfers).

You will take full responsibility for project delivery from handover to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to technical and compliance standards. With 70% of work focused on fire systems and 30% on security, you’ll manage a portfolio of live projects at any one time.

You will have the opportunity to shape our overseas market presence and work with a diverse team across different regions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - According to the company's marketing strategy and overall planning, conduct comprehensive channel planning for overseas markets, establish and improve channel sales systems.

You will support both your own territory and the wider commercial team to drive growth across product, local, regional, and national levels.
