You will work as part of a dynamic team to promote positive outcomes and help the young people develop essential life skills. Responsibilities Include: Providing one-to-one and group support to children and young people. Supporting daily routines, including bedtime, personal care, and activities.
You will be confident to supervise, train and oversee the work of others to improve psychologically informed practices within the home. The post is advertised for a maximum of 32 hours part time, flexible and week days only.
You will need to be a clear communicator, well-organised, confident and capable of managing a complex caseload in a demanding environment.
