You will work collaboratively within a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where each child can thrive and reach their full potential. This is a full-time position (39 hours per week), involving a combination of long days, sleep-ins, and weekend shifts.

You will follow a bouquet profile, informing you what type of flowers to bunch together and how many should be present in each wrap. There is no heavy lifting involved. All flowers must be handled delicately.

You will be working with young people aged between 11 and 19 with complex behaviour such as autism, eating disorders, sexualised behaviour, self-harm, aggressive personality and addiction. A driving license is required for this position as you will be required to drive the on-site vehicle to take the service users to social activities and family contacts.
