You will work closely with the team and the COO-office to drive the company’s revenue growth and operational efficiency. Execute the renewal and upsell strategy to maximize customer retention and revenue growth – reducing churn and increasing ACV.
You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.
You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.
You will also be required to test amplifiers, pedals, and other related products. Key Responsibilities: - Performing thorough Quality Control inspections and functional checks of inbound Guitars, identifying and resolving any defects where and when required. - Setting up Electric, Acoustic, and Bass Guitars for optimum playability and ensuring they meet and adhere to set standards.
