You will be responsible for preparing and delivering critical financial reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing overall financial performance, and communicating complex data clearly. Essential skills include superior negotiation capabilities, documented experience managing banking and creditor relationships, and a deep understanding of corporate finance theory.

You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
You will provide managerial, operational and strategic leadership to a team of qualified and non-qualified staff across the service accounting function.
You will support services across the council to deliver their priorities by providing high quality financial management information and professional advice to budget managers.
You will provide high-quality business and customer support, primarily assisting with the processing of licensing applications in line with legislation and council policies.
You will issue licences, respond to enquiries and complaints, and manage a variety of administrative, financial, and project-related tasks.
