You will Reporting including weekly reports and preparation for governance meetings Monitor the portfolio of projects and programmes from inception to closure, ensuring that delivery is on time, within budget, minimising potential risks and assessing to make sure it meets all strategic objectives.

You will support the development of Voice of the Customer (VoC) capabilities, help run web tagging, heatmap analytics and A/B testing tools, and provide recommendations that contribute to operational efficiency and better customer engagement. - Gather and interpret data from multiple sources (web analytics, heatmaps, surveys, VoC, interaction analytics, operational metrics).

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
