facilities supervisor jobs in Cumbria

You will support across two of our services: Gregory House in Workington and Ann House in Cumbria.

You will work on either a permanent basis, spending 3 days per week at the closest service and 2 days at the other, or on a part-time basis at either service.

You will also facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and be requested to design and deliver training.

You will also connect with other Regional Supervisors, sharing ideas, solving problems, and helping raise standards across the wider network.

You will work a rotating pattern covering both day (approx. 05:00–15:00 / 07:00–17:00) and night (approx. 14:00–00:00 / 16:00–02:00) shifts, with rest days built in.
