You will work with multiple departments across Vestas globally and support our colleagues and customers in making Vestas operations teams perform at the highest level.
You will report directly to the Area Manager of Great Britain working closely with the customer service team and internal planning functions to achieve your objectives and KPIs.
You will ensure that the conduct of any personnel under your control is safe, professional and conscientious.
You will also be required to attend site meetings with the client and on behalf of the client as requested. Driving a Safety-First culture throughout the team on the account, lead through your experience and knowledge of safe systems of works and compliance.
You will also have access to ILM certified courses.
You will be responsible for the training and development of staff.
You will have ownership of projects and site audits.
You will take the lead communicating with our customer base and resolving queries.
You will be raising purchase orders and dealing with our supply chain.
You will also oversee and follow up on the contractors' activities on-site, ensuring all activities carried out are in compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements. - Ensuring all works are properly executed in compliance with project specification, QA/QC procedure and standards.
