You will work with colleagues to improve systems and processes to strengthen financial awareness and improve efficiency.

You will provide an efficient and accurate finance service to all internal and external customers in line with policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities

You will be a strong Excel user, who is naturally methodical, can work to tight deadlines and is a confident communicator. The salary is £35K-£40K (pro rata) and you will receive 25 days holidays plus bank holidays (pro rata) free on site parking, pension and healthcare benefits.

You will also have responsibility for overseeing core ledger functions and managing a small team within the accounts department. This role offers a great blend of hands-on accounting, people management, and business partnering within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

You will provide authoritative advice and guidance to managers to ensure best practice is promoted, to help ensure a safe working environment.
