You will ensure efficient and compliant daily operations, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement. You will be reporting directly to one of the Assistant Operations Managers.

You will have direct engagement with customers, including potentially dealing with difficult situations or aggressive customers.

You will assist facility users with the separation and deposit of their waste, encouraging the general public to recycle as much of their waste as possible.

You will work on a diverse mix of drainage, highways and development-led infrastructure projects, taking responsibility for producing accurate designs, supporting junior staff and maintaining strong communication with clients and local authorities.
