You will ensure efficient and compliant daily operations, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a qualification in Mechanical Engineering and proven leadership experience in the waste processing industry. You will be reporting directly to one of the Assistant Operations Managers.
You will have direct engagement with customers, including potentially dealing with difficult situations or aggressive customers.
You will assist facility users with the separation and deposit of their waste, encouraging the general public to recycle as much of their waste as possible.
You will also provide fleet support and guidance for our 3 EU businesses.
You will play a vital role in maintaining UK vehicle availability, reducing downtime, supporting business operations and sustainability initiatives.
You will be proactive, detail oriented, commercially minded, and ready to hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for the coordination and management of mid study calibrations and associated tasks across the Mid Study Service pillar.
You will be the primary product support lead for a diverse range of medical devices and ancillary products.
You will participate in technical / support discussions with stakeholders to ensure they are kept updated on the case status.
