You will be involved in everything from employee relations and recruitment to onboarding, HR systems, benefits administration, and wider people projects. Key Responsibilities - Provide day‑to‑day HR administration and operational support across the group. - Manage a broad range of employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancies.
You will conduct thorough inspections, identifying any pre- and post-rental damage, following Thriftys management processes.
You will be our feet on the ground, representing HRS at key industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to support proactive outreach and relationship building.
You will develop new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and help position HRS as a leader in nutrition communications.
You will play a key role in customer acquisition and outbound sales activity as they enter their next phase of growth.
