You will be required to work at premises which the University currently has or may subsequently acquire, or any premises at which it may from time to time provide services. You will be based at one of our 24hr services. This role will be covering a mixture of the support services within the team so you will have to manage your diary effectively so that you are spending time at all different parts of the service.

You will be able to demonstrate considerable operational management experience within a complex Estates environment with a proven ability to develop and maintain high quality, safe and efficient buildings.

You will have experience of developing and implementing formal maintenance plans with experience of ensuring sustainability is embedded into day-to-day operations.
