You will lead, support, and mentor talented Trusts & Estates teams across three regional offices. - Manage a diverse, high-quality caseload of wills, trusts, estates, and complex private client matters.

You will have in‐depth expertise in estate administration, inheritance tax, trust & estate taxation, complex wills, deeds of variation, and powers of attorney.

You will lead the delivery of all engineering, building services, and infrastructure operations — ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, efficient, and fully aligned with the requirements of the PFI Facilities Management Agreement.

You will also play a pivotal role in sustainability, innovation, and the strategic development of the estate.
