You will encourage the children to have fun, to learn, grow and develop in a safe way.
You should be child centred, able to use your own initiative, and work as part of a team.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and partnership working when working with parents and other professionals.
You will start work at 06:00 in the morning and work until production is finished, Monday to Friday with weekends off. This role offers a full time contract based on 45 hrs per week any hours worked over the 45 will be paid at time & quarter of your hourly rate.
You will have 2 x 30 min breaks per day.
You will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable) and foster a love of literature and language.
You will need to be a Registered Social Worker with Social Work England, with substantial experience in statutory social work with children and families.
You will be able to evidence how you have applied your learning to your practice and have a track record of practice that improves the lives of children.
