You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.
You will be supported to complete;BREEAM Assessments for RIBA Stages 1-4.
You will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Management, Energy or Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM Accredited.
You will also be given time to work from home to complete reports and other paperwork. Typical duties will include system assessments identifying potential problems and sites requiring further investigations. Undertaking site testing including temperature checks and health and safety processes and looking at control measures recommending areas for improvement.
You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing, fault find and fix on HVAC systems covering both cooling and heating through air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers and heat pumps. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be advising service engineers from a variety of different backgrounds, and from intermediate to advanced levels of knowledge/experience.
