You will take ownership of overseeing the lifecycle of the mechanical systems, ensuring that they integrate seamlessly with one another.

You will hold mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience and will hold a level 3 engineering qualification (or equivalent). The role itself will be predominantly working on the new robotic wall line that the company has recently invested heavily in. This varied position will entail both pre-planned and reactive maintenance as well as extensive project-based work for continuous improvement.
You will need to be able to set and work with manufacturing KPI's, labour efficiency, waste reporting etc.
You will also have experience of managing operators, technicians, supervisors, highlighting training requirements, dealing with recruitment, appraisals and so on.
