You will also be accountable for escalation support for applications delivered and / or supported by the IT department and the interface to third party vendors or corporate IT support.
You will be efficient with documentation, comfortable leading projects, translating business requirements into technical requirements and communicating effectively between technical and non-technical groups.
You will need to have completed a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or have a higher education qualification (such as a ONC, HNC, HND or degree) in a related subject.
You will also be required to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with your peers and other departments and to maintain a high standard of record keeping as required by our stringent quality systems.
